Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping to orders for more than 200 countries and for some reason there are a few areas that are not able for delivering.

Express Shipping: We cooperated with several courier companies: DHL/ UPS/ FedEx, etc.

Shipping Locations: Our main shipping address and return address are located in Shenzhen, China. For the particular model(KM2&KD3 and more new products in the future), now we provide rapid delivery from local warehouse:(It is available for the United States and EU countries)

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival): Processing orders takes 1 to 3 business days. Usually, it takes 3 to 45 business days for the package to arrive depending on where you live. For local warehouse delivery, the delivery time is around 3 days. (Some EU countries are within 7 days)

Order Tracking:
1. You could track the delivery information here with the tracking number we send to you.
2. For customers who purchased KM2 and the Shipping address is in the United States: You could track the delivery information here  with the tracking number we send to you.
3. For customers who purchased KM2 and Shipping address is in the EU countries : You could track the delivery information here with the tracking number we send to you.

Tracking information is not updated:
Tracking info may not be updated in time due to the process of the shipping company, the package is under process as long as the package could be tracked in the system. In addition, the package will be delivered to a third-party logistics company after it arrives in your country, and the tracking information will be updated by a third-party logistics company, when you find the tracking information lost, you can try to contact your local customs or post office.

We try our best to fulfill the demand from our clients, however, under the COVID-19 situation around the world,package delay may be caused by flight delay,slow customs clearance process , national policy adjustment, holidays, and other force majeure factors.

A special statement, package delay caused by force majeure events (such as multiple security checks,slow customs clearance process, natural disasters, severe weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control), is not within the scope of our responsibility.

1. Some countries can only use one type of charger, please make sure the specification of charger can be used in your country before making the order. we don't take responsibility if you buy the wrong charger specification.

2. It is not available to modify the address or cancel the order after the package has been sent out.
Please make sure that the delivery address & zip & phone number are accurate when placing an order.
We will not refund any items if the package is lost or fail to deliver due to the incomplete address provided by the customer or other personal reasons of the customer. (Recipient was not at home, the recipient couldn't be reached, phone-to-voicemail, The recipient did not pick up the package within the time limit)

3. Please kindly note that buyers should pay tax (if have) as the price on the website does not contain tax.
